Deadlift

One of the most powerful lifts that can be performed in the gym.  Key points to remember:

  1. Back stays flat and does NOT round
  2. Weight stays in the heels
  3. Arms do NOT bend, keep them locked out and straight
  4. Knees and Hips open at the same rate, neither locks out first before the other
