CrossFit True Blue is located at St. George’s University on the remote island of Grenada in the West Indies. Started by a first year medical student, Joseph DeVitis, CFTB goal is to promote health and fitness to the world’s future physicians and veterinarians. All classes are free to St. George’s University students. No experience is necessary as all classes are geared towards beginners.

Love what you are doing at St. George’s University. Very similar to what had in mind with CrossFit UNC. I’m of the mind that CF will start taking foothold in colleges across the country in an organized fashion, and hope that more boxes like ours crop up in the future… maybe even create a Collegiate CF Games one day.

Thanks for the shout out! Looks like you guys have a solid program over at UNC as well. We actually aren’t a college, mainly a medical and veterinary program in the Caribbean. However, it would be nice to see a collegiate level or something for the nonprofit affiliates. If anything, the work we do with our athletes only fuels the business of the for profit affiliates especially when these folks graduate and want to continue working out at an official CF Box. If you ever find yourself in Grenada, feel free to stop by and we’ll put you through a good workout. Good luck!
