Run 5 laps
40 Squats
30 Burpees
20 Push ups

Run 4 laps
40 Squats
30 Burpees
20 Push ups

Run 3 laps
Etc…

Officially, WELCOME {back} to Grenada everyone!!! Let’s start this term out strong and bring our friends to see what Crossfit is all about and to get to know our little CFTB community.
